So What Is At Home Personal Training All About?

At Home personal training is like a personal training session but in the comfort of your own home, but we adjusted it based off your unique needs and requirements.

If you're tired of being frustrated with your lack of weight lost over the last few weeks and months, and lost as to how to do anything about it then this is the perfect program for you.

Sure, I've have high standards and expectations of my clients.

But… I also do not care how fit or strong you are right now.

All that I care about is that you’ll show up and do the work (Don't worry about it being too hard either)

Every person receives regular assessments and has a customized program suited to your goals (made every 4-6 weeks).

I’m dedicated to helping people in Boston Lose Weight achieve success and reaching their goals.

That being said, I’m actually very selective about who I work with.

This is why I have an application process to see if we will be a good fit for each other.

Most of the guys and girls we work with in BFit are “normal” people. People who maybe played some sport and kept fit when they were younger, and then got a job or went to college and started to let the old routine slip.

They get caught up in the “good life” of convenience foods and nights out. You slowly start gaining unnoticed weight until one day, all of a sudden, your pants won't button up anymore and you don’t like the person staring back at you in the mirror.
